BUDGET, FINANCE & PERSONNEL RESOLUTION NO. 2026093 RE: ESTABLISHING STANDARD WORKDAY FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS EFFECTIVE JANUARY 2026 Legislators VALDÉS SMITH, ATKINS, METZGER, ARNOFF, BRENDLI, LAWLER, REDL, RHODES, SHAH and WINSBY offer the following and move its adoption: BE IT RESOLVED, that the County of Dutchess hereby establishes the following as standard workdays for the elected and appointed officials and will report the following days worked to the New York State and Local Employee's Retirement System, based on the record of activities maintained and submitted by these officials to the clerk of this body; See attached schedule.
