CONDOLENCE: VRIGINA NOLL

DUTCHESS COUNTY LEGISLATURE Condolence: Virginia Noll Resolution No. 2024148B The Dutchess County Legislature otters the tollowing and moves its adoption: WHEREAS, on July 24, 2024, the Dutchess County Legislature learned with great sadness and regret of the recent death of Virginia Noll at the age of 98, and WHEREAS, Virginia was born on May 25, 1926, in Poughkeepsie, New York, to the late Leslie Craig and Nora Ryan, and WHEREAS, Virginia was a secretary at the Dutchess County Department of Health, and WHEREAS, Virginia loved dancing and was a member of the Smiles Club as a teenager, along with her sisters and, later as an adult, a member of the Leisuretime Dancers, and WHEREAS, Virginia is survived by her son Richard Eylers, daughters Elaine Booth, Sherry Fanelli, and Susan Marshall, stepdaughter Bethany Skovan, grandson Travis Booth, granddaughter Melanie Booth, great granddaughter Emily Helding, and numerous nieces and nephews, and WHEREAS, Virginia was predeceased by her husband Donald Noll, son Jeffrey Eylers, sisters Shirley Enkler, Madeline Libolt, and "Little Betty", and brother James Craig, and WHEREAS, Virginia's passing will be mourned by her family, friends, and colleagues throughout Dutchess County, now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the Dutchess County Legislature, on behalf of all the people of Dutchess County, does hereby extend its deepest sympathy and sincere condolences to the family and friends of the late Virginia Noll, and be it further RESOLVED, that the meeting of the Dutchess County Legislature be adjourned in memory of the late Virginia Noll.
