RE:
Resolution Request
Herewith enclosed please find a Resolution Request Form and Fiscal Impact Statement
for a resolution which I would like to present at the next available Meeting of the
County.
The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office recently became aware of an outstanding 2023
invoice from Pittsfield Pipers, Inc. which was not paid in 2023, nor were funds
encumbered at year-end processing. We are requesting a Legislative Resolution to
approve the payment for this service using 2024 appropriations.
As shown on the attached invoice, the repairs were made in 2023. The invoice was
originally submitted to an email address of a former employee. They have updated
their records to prevent this issue in the future.
It is requested that the County Legislature approve the payment of the November 28,
2023 invoice from Pittsfield Pipers, Inc. in the amount of $3,268.53 from A.3150.4613,
Repairs/Alt to Real Prop. No new County funds are being requested as part of this
Resolution.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information.
Thank you for your consideration.
