The DWIB receives Notices of Authority (NOA) from the New York State Department
of Labor (NYSDOL) to provide training and employment services to adults, dislocated
workers and youth who reside in Dutchess County. NOA's either supply additional
funding or rescind expired funding. The attached NOA is supplying additional funding to
Dutchess County.
This NOA represents our final round of WIOA funding for adult and dislocated workers
and the accompanying administrative funding for PY24
NOA- $776,718.76
• Program Year: (PY) 24
• Date Range: 7/1/2024-6/30/2026.
• NOA Number: PY24-3

Note-The DCWIB expects to receive an additional NOA for the renewable energy grant
funding that we applied for last month, "any day". This program called "RETI" started
8/1/24 and runs until 7/31/2025. We fully expect that date to be extended as we have yet
to receive the NOA for the funding. We respectfully request a "space holder", in the
December meeting, for this grant funding which will bring $250,000 into Dutchess
County to train people in renewable energy jobs.
