ENVIRONMENT RESOLUTION NO. 2024203 RE: REAPPOINTMENT TO THE DISTRICT 3 FISH AND WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT BOARD Legislators D'AQUANNI, TRUITT, HOUSTON, PAOLONI, and GORMAN offer the following and move its adoption: WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 11, Section 11-0501 of the Environmental Conservation Law of the State of New York, the Chairman of the Legislature shall appoint members to the District 3 Fish and Wildlife Management Board, subject to confirmation by the County Legislature, and WHEREAS, a vacancy will exist on the District 3 Fish and Wildlife Management Board due to the upcoming expiration of term of Kevin Haight, and WHEREAS, Kevin Haight has expressed an interest in being reappointed, be it RESOLVED, that the Dutchess County Legislature does hereby ratify and confirm the reappointment of Kevin Haight for said term as set forth below, as a member of the District 3 Fish and Wildlife Management Board.
