AMENDING THE 2025 ADOPTED COUNTY BUDGET AS IT PERTAINS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HISTORY

BUDGET, FINANCE & PERSONNEL RESOLUTION NO. 2025059 RE: AMENDING THE 2025 ADOPTED COUNTY BUDGET AS IT PERTAINS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HISTORY Legislators CASWELL, TRUITT, POLASEK, MC HOUL, D'AQUANNI, VERSACI, VALDES SMITH, KEARNEY, LAWLER, BRENDLI, KAUL, and DRAGO offer the following and move its adoption: WHEREAS, in 2025, Dutchess County created the Dutchess Rev250 Programming Grant (Rev250) Program to award funding to support historical societies across Dutchess County; and WHEREAS, a total of $75,000 was appropriated in the 2025 Dutchess County Budget to support the Rev250 Grant Program; and WHEREAS, additional funding from general contingency is requested due to the number of worthy applications that were received exceeding the program's allocation; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the 2025 Adopted County Budget to provide additional funds to fulfill the desired 2025 Dutchess Rev250 Programming Grant funding the awards; now, therefore be it RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Finance is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to amend the 2025 Adopted County Budget as follows to effectuate the terms of this Resolution: APPROPRIATIONS: Increase A.7510.4401.106 Department of History $25,000 Decrease A. 1990.4007 General Contingency APPR2УE00) Sus as Serins SUSAN J.
