PUBLIC SAFETY RESOLUTION NO. 2025138 RE: CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT OF WILLIAM H. BEALE AS COMMISSIONER OF EMERGENCY RESPONSE Legislators FAUST, TRUITT, HOUSTON, POLASEK, GARITO, _VERSACI, D'AQUANNI, GORMAN, HOUSE, METZGER, MC HOUL, PAOLONI, TRAVELPIECE, CASWELL, ROLISON, and LAWLER offer the following and move its adoption: WHEREAS, by Resolution 2025007, the Dutchess County Legislature confirmed the appointment of William H. Beale as Acting Commissioner of Emergency Response effective January 3, 2025, following a vacancy in the Office of Commissioner, and WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3.04 of the Dutchess County Charter, the County Executive has appointed Mr. • Beale as Commissioner of Emergency Response, effective immediately subject to confirmation by the County Legislature, and WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Human Resources has determined that William H. Beale is qualified to perform the duties of the position of Commissioner of Emergency Response, and WHEREAS, a copy of William H. Beale's resume is annexed hereto, now therefore be it RESOLVED, that the Legislature of the County of Dutchess does hereby confirm the appointment of William H.
