FAMILY AND HUMAN SERVICES RESOLUTION NO. 2025212 AMENDING THE 2025 ADOPTED COUNTY BUDGET ASIT PERTAINS TO THE OFFICE FOR THE AGING Legislators GARITO, POLASEK, MC HOUL, GORMAN, CASWELL, and VERSACI offer the following and move its adoption: WHEREAS, the Director of Dutchess County Office for the Aging ("OFA") advises that additional funds have been allocated to OFA from New York State Office for the Aging ("NYSOFA") through the Unmet Needs program in the amount of $279,100, and WHEREAS, this funding is used to provide services to individuals to support their ability to remain in the community with independence and quality of life, and WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the 2025 Adopted County Budget to receive and expense the funds accordingly, now therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Finance is authorized, empowered and directed to amend the 2025 Adopted County Budget as follows: APPROPRIATIONS Increase A.6772.50.4412 Grant Project Costs $279,100 REVENUES Increase A.6772.50.37720.27 Unmet Needs $279,100 CA-174-25 VAC/rjw G-0101 11/12/2025 Fiscal Impact: See Attached.
