ENVIRONMENT RESOLUTION NO. 2025218 RE: REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE DISTRICT 3 FISH AND WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT BOARD Legislators D'AQUANNI, TRUITT, GORMAN, PAOLONI, and VERSACI offer the following and move its adoption: WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 11, Section 11-0501 of the Environmental Conservation Law of the State of New York, the Chairman of the Legislature shall appoint members to the District 3 Fish and Wildlife Management Board, subject to confirmation by the County Legislature, and WHEREAS, vacancies will exist on the District 3 Fish and Wildlife Management Board due to the upcoming expiration of terms of Anthony Pittore and Thomas J. Gannon, Jr., and WHEREAS, Anthony Pittore and Thomas J. Gannon, Jr. have expressed interest in being reappointed, now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, Dutchess County Legislature does hereby ratify and confirm the reappointments of Anthony Pittore and Thomas J.
