BUDGET, FINANCE & PERSONNEL RE: RESOLUTION NO. 2025239 LEVY OF TAXES - CITY OF POUGHKEEPSIE Legislators CASWELL, TRUITT, HOUSTON, and POLASEK offer the following and move its adoption: RESOLVED, that the share of taxes to be levied and assessed on the taxable property of the City of Poughkeepsie on the tax roll for the year 2025/2026, to be collected in the year 2026, be and the same hereby is determined and fixed as shown in Exhibit "A" annexed hereto, and be it further RESOLVED, that the Chairman of the County Legislature and the Clerk of the Legislature be and are authorized and directed to certify this sum to the Commissioner of Finance of the City of Poughkeepsie and all others whom it may concern, in accordance with the Charter of the City of Poughkeepsie, and to issue a warrant under the hand and seal of this County Legislature for the collection of that amount from the taxable property of the City of Poughkeepsie.
