CONFIRMATION OF MICHAEL TREYBICH AS COUNSEL TO THE DUTCHESS COUNTY LEGISLATURE

RESOLUTION NO. 2026008 RE: CONFIRMATION OF MICHAEL TREYBICH AS COUNSEL TO THE DUTCHESS COUNTY LEGISLATURE Legislators VALDÉS SMITH, ATKINS, and MUNN offer the following and move its adoption: WHEREAS, pursuant to Article II, Section 2.14 of the Dutchess County Charter, Yvette Valdés Smith, Chairman of the Dutchess County Legislature, has appointed Michael Treybich, as Counsel to the Dutchess County Legislature, effective January 5, 2026 through January 4, 2031, now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that Ian C. Lindars' service as Legislative Counsel is hereby terminated, and, be it further RESOLVED, that said appointment of Michael Treybich, as Counsel to the Dutchess County Legislature, be and the same is hereby confirmed.
