APPOINTMENT TO AUDIT REVIEW ADVISORY BOARD

BUDGET, FINANCE, & PERSONNEL RESOLUTION NO. 2026033 RE: APPOINTMENT TO AUDIT REVIEW ADVISORY BOARD Legislators VALDES SMITH, BRENDLI, CASWELL, LAWLER, REDL, RHODES and SHAH offer the following and move its adoption: WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 117 of 1997, the Dutchess County Legislature created an Audit Review Advisory Board, and WHEREAS, pursuant to the authorizing resolution, the Chair of the Legislature has the power to appoint one member to the board, subject to confirmation by the Legislature, and WHEREAS, the Chair of the Legislature hereby appoints Kristofer Munn to be a member of the Audit Review Advisory Board; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the Dutchess County Legislature confirms the Chair's appointment of Kristofer Munn to the Audit Review Advisory Board for a term to expire on December 31, 2026.
